Certification & Part L
Part L2
We advise on Part ‘L2’ of the Building Regulations, and are CIBSE registered ‘Low Carbon Consultants’, (LCC). Working closely with all members of the design team, building developers, project managers, architects, quantity surveyors and structural engineers we are able to advise and develop building/engineering design solutions; not only demonstrating compliance with Part ‘L2’ but going beyond the regulations and providing low carbon and carbon neutral buildings for the future.
We are also approved by the BRE to undertake Part L2 assessments using ‘HEVACOMP’ software.
Part L1
We are approved assessors under the NHER energy ratings scheme and registered to carry out SAP500 calculations to meet the requirements of Part L1 of the building regulations.
