Project management in The Energy Practice is based on Prince 2 process based protocol and the main work is all project orientated thus lending itself to this model approach giving controlled management of change in terms of investment and return on investment.

Set controls facilitating the provision of key decision making information allowing the organisation to pre-empt challenges and make decisions on resolving the challenges

Key risk points defined with risk reviews clearly stating the risk owners

Quality
Quality QMS systematic approach to the management and technical processes with attendant logging process

Configuration
Structuring the project into interconnected, manageable, auditable standalone facets or products set out in the Project Initiation Document

Change Control
Change control follows an authorisation process
